​Mit einer sauberen Technik kann effektiver gelaufen werden. Mit den Übungen zum Lauf - ABC kann das Körpergefühl und damit die Lauftechnik effektiv gesteigert werden. Hier werden die grundlegenden techn. Übungen dargestellt. 

Diese Übungen sollten möglichst oft in die Laufroutine eingebaut werden und für mind. 15 sek. durchgeführt werden. In der Pause zwischen den Übungen sollte eine möglichst komplette Erholung erfolgen.
