Your training is adapted to your current temporal schedule and the accomplished training of the past weeks.
In your online account all training and logging datas are stored . You will have access to these documents 24/7 wherever you want. In addition different training guidances, descriptions and evaluations are available.
Athlete and Coach are able to exchange further documents and data as well.
If necessary, we will have personal discussions via phone or skype whenever you need.

How individually is the Online Training plan provided?
The training plan will be created "week by week" for each Athlete individually by hand after the respective needs. For providing the correct training sessions We will use our experience for the athlete and your handling with the accomblished training.
And last but not least:
You have to answer a very detailed questionnaire, bases on your answers, your past training, your fitness level and your training possibilities. We will create your Plan.
In this questionnaire you answer questions about your training possibilities, your state of health, your current performance level and your training goals or race goals.
