All training plans are created by myself, a graduate sports scientist and experienced former professional triathlete. All planes are based on the latest scientific knowledge and the experience of the endurance athletes who train with us. Each plan is tested many times by our team and numerous athletes.
Choose your training plan according to various criteria:

- Training volume
- Number of training weeks until the race.
- Your individual training conditions/level (from beginner to old hand).
