How does the Triathlon Coaching Program work?
- You register Online, by email or at the phone to our Online Coaching. You will get an Online account and the registration data (password & login name) and as well as all further necessary information.
You fill out a questionnaire with your personal informations, your training possibilities and your race dates.
If available, you send us your old training file and / or your treshold test.
We evaluate all your data and contact you to clarifying open questions.
- The training program for the next week will be provided, We suggest training zones and provide you with your periodisation after your defaults.
- You will be able to see your training plan and your periodization. As well you will see your estimated training duration and your training plan for the next week.
- Additional documents, like training guidances and descriptions are available in our athltes area.
- We will clarify open questions and you will be able to begin your training: -).
- You log your workout daily or at upon one day and record your temporal budget for the next week. The training plan will be provided on a firm day of the week. The training plan for the following week will be provided in dependent on your time budget and past training.
- You will be able to print your the next weeks training.
- If you need changes or you have questions, you contact us by mail or phone. Necessary changes are made at least in the the next 24 hours.
- At the beginning of each month you will expand your program for the next month, receive your invoice and you transfer the amount.
- Send files or data is not necessary. All files are online, if necessarily you can acess them in each place of the world and 24/7.
No subscription required. You can stop everytime and pause at the end of the season ore during vaction time.
