How you get started with a Coaching Package?

Process

  1. Contact us by email or phone in order to get coached from us.
  2. We will contact you via phone or sending an email with further instructions.
  3. Furthermore, you fill out a questionnaire with your personal information, your training possibilities and your race dates.
  4. If available, you send us your old training files and / or your threshold test.
  5. You register yourself on the training platform.
  6. We evaluate all your data and contact you via video conference for an initial talk to clarify open questions on both sides.
  7. Conference Call:
    - The training program for the next week will be provided, We suggest training zones and provide you with your periodization after your defaults.
    - You will be able to see your training plan and your periodization. As well, you will see your estimated training duration and your training plan for the next week.
    - Additional documents, like training guidance and descriptions, are available in our athletes area.
    - We will clarify open questions, and you will be able to begin your training: -).
  8. You log your workout daily or as upon one day and record your temporal budget for the next week. The training plan will be provided on a firm day of the week.
  9. The training for the following week  will be provided in, dependent on your time budget, the past training and your feedback.
  10. If you need changes, or you have questions, you contact us by mail. Required changes are made depending on the package.
  11. At the beginning of each month, you will receive your invoice for the current month.
  12. Send files or data is not necessary. All files are online, if necessarily you can access them in each place of the world and 24/7.
