TrainingsmethodenDas Besondere am Triathlon ist die gleichzeitige Leistungsanforderung in den drei Sportarten. Damit sich die Einheiten Deines Trainings sinnvoll ergänzen, stützen wir uns auf wissenschaftlich fundiertes Fachwissen und Methoden. Alle unsere Trainer haben eine spezielle Ausbildung und einen sportlichen Hintergrund als Athlet. Wir kennen das optimale Verhältnis von Training und Regeneration, um die Ausdauer effektiv zu steigern. Als Triathlon Trainer verfolgen wir den Fortschritt und behalten alle wichtigen Daten der Athleten im Blick. Der wöchentliche Plan legt fest, an welchen Tagen ein Lauf trainiert, auf das Rad gestiegen oder geschwommen wird. Die Dauer der Trainingseinheiten passt sich Deinem Zeitbudget und dem individuellen Leistungsniveau an.
Als Triathlet solltest Du mit möglichst viel Disziplin den Vorgaben unserer Trainer folgen. Wir analysieren regelmäßig den aktuellen Leistungsstand der Sportler und erzielen dabei in der verfügbaren Zeit mit effektiven Methoden möglichst optimale Leistungen. We offer over 20 years of experience as a triathlon coach. You will get an individual triathlon coaching with a weekly training plan, no standard program or computer generated 0-8-15 training plan. Your training will be adjusted and matched to your goals, your current time possibilities on a weekly basis.

The basis for the design of the training plans is my graduated sports education or a well-founded education of the respective coach. Countless advanced trainings, as well as years of experience as an athlete, competitive athlete and the knowledge from coaching hundreds of athletes in triathlon and in the individual disciplines swimming, cycling and running help to know which training session is right for you and at what time.

Triathlon Coaching - Professional Package

 

Achieve your goals and get top fit to the point for the race. No more guessing, the package of professional coaching, diagnostics and yearlong experience will get you to the success for your race.

You will receive:

  • Initial analysis in an approx. 60 minute personal meeting or via video conference before the start of training
  • an individual weekly training plan, adapted to the current training level and time budget (example plan).
  • a short-term adjustment/change of the training plan takes place if necessary within 24 h.
    unlimited contact for questions by mail or phone
  • detailed training instructions for each training unit in swimming, cycling, running
  • an individual yearly periodization with various training and competition highlights, as well as the continuous adjustment
  • training and competition feedback from the trainer by mail or phone
  • 2 performance diagnostics* (INSCYD) in cycling or running (by arrangement) for individual determination of metabolic parameters and training zones
  • Evaluation of 3 video analyses* per year for technique improvement
    * upon booking of at least 8 months of coaching

    • if required, a daily e-mail with the units to be completed or automatic synchronization of the training units in different calendars (Ical format),
    • various detailed statistics are kept and the performed training is compared to the specifications from the training plan down to the smallest detail.

    Note: The price refers to a term of 8 months, the contract can be paused in case of injury or illness.

    If you don't have 8 months until your main race, ask for an individual offer. (A special cancellation can be made after 3 training weeks to the end of the month).

How you get started with a Coaching Package?

Process

  1. Contact us by email or phone in order to get coached from us.
  2. We will contact you via phone or sending an email with further instructions.
  3. Furthermore, you fill out a questionnaire with your personal information, your training possibilities and your race dates.
  4. If available, you send us your old training files and / or your threshold test.
  5. You register yourself on the training platform.
  6. We evaluate all your data and contact you via video conference for an initial talk to clarify open questions on both sides.
  7. Conference Call:
    - The training program for the next week will be provided, We suggest training zones and provide you with your periodization after your defaults.
    - You will be able to see your training plan and your periodization. As well, you will see your estimated training duration and your training plan for the next week.
    - Additional documents, like training guidance and descriptions, are available in our athletes area.
    - We will clarify open questions, and you will be able to begin your training: -).
  8. You log your workout daily or as upon one day and record your temporal budget for the next week. The training plan will be provided on a firm day of the week.
  9. The training for the following week  will be provided in, dependent on your time budget, the past training and your feedback.
  10. If you need changes, or you have questions, you contact us by mail. Required changes are made depending on the package.
  11. At the beginning of each month, you will receive your invoice for the current month.
  12. Send files or data is not necessary. All files are online, if necessarily you can access them in each place of the world and 24/7.
