Triathlon Training Plans

All triathlon training plans are created by myself, a graduate sports scientist and experienced former professional triathlete. All planes are based on the latest scientific knowledge and the experience of the endurance athletes who train with us. Each plan is tested many times by our team and numerous athletes.


Training plans - Achieve better results with us

Choose your training plan according to various criteria:

  • Race distance
  • Training volume
  • Number of training weeks until the race.
  • Your individual training conditions/level (from beginner to old hand).
  • Load control:
    - Swimming by feeling according to CSS - critical swim speed,
    - Cycling Option 1. Heart Rate (FTHR) or Option 2. Power (FTP)
    - Running by heart rate (FTHR)
