As triathlon coaches, we support our athletes on their journey to their goals. With our scientific expertise, special training methods and experience, our coaches work together with their athletes, tracking progress through evaluated data and intensive personal contact with the athletes. The common goal is to reach the finish line of your race through the optimal and effective coaching of your journey.

Our coaches have a sports science education and are active athletes themselves.

Periodization, regeneration, training, stress, family, work, scheduling of the training sessions in the run, on the bike and in the swim - we know our business and get every session to the point. As triathlon coaches and experts, we analyze your training on a weekly basis. As triathlon coaches, we coordinate the timing and planning of the sessions. During training, the endurance load on the body is already quite high in one sport. The addition of running, cycling, and swimming is quite high in triathlon and must be taken into account during training. Time is often the limited factor when training for the three sports. This places high demands on the plan. Without a professional coach at your side who is perfectly familiar with this, it is very difficult to get the most out of your training. Passionate runners typically already have very good prerequisites for endurance training as triathletes. To follow a professional training plan, the athlete's personal discipline is very important,
