Triathlon Coaching Plans I do provide you an individual training plan, a program of excellent condition and not a computer generated training plan. Your training is adapted to your current temporal possibilities and the training of the last week accomplished in each case to your goals.

You receive an Online account with your training plan and training protokoll. You will have access to these documents 24/7 wherever you want. In addition different training guidances, descriptions and evaluations are available.
At the same time I have access to your online account. Additionally the possibility exists  to chat over this account or we can axchange further documents and data as well.
We will have a personal discussion if necessary.

The basics for the creation of the training plans is my completed master in Sports and Science, innumerable advanced education as well as experiences for many years as professional athlete and as a coach of hundred athlete in Triathlon and in the single disciplines swimming, cycling and running. The ability to know, which training unit when for you is the best, distinguishes a very good coach.

For whom are Training plans suitable? Since each training plan is individually provided, athletes of all different performance levels profit from the training plans. The training plan is adapted by me your performance level and experience. Whether you are a risers in a single kind of sport or in Triathlon or you are a " Professional" in Ironman. You will profit.


How individually is the Online Training plan provided?

The training plan will be created "week by week" for each Athlete individually by hand after the respective needs. For providing the correct training sessions I will use my experience, the feeling for the athlete and your handling with the past training units. And last but not least you have to answer a very detailed questionnaire, with which I make myself an extensive picture of you, your past training, your fitness level and your training possibilities. In this questionnaire you answer questions to your training possibilities, your state of health, your current performance level, your training goals or race goals.
